Effective 19 August 2026
When you use a command, Discord supplies the interaction needed to respond, including identifiers for the user, server, channel, and command. A player tag or Player ID entered into the player command is sent to the Badland Brawl statistics API to retrieve public game information.
The bot uses this information only to process commands, return requested statistics, maintain security, and diagnose failures. It does not create user profiles, sell personal information, or use information for advertising. Routine service logs may temporarily contain technical event and error information but are not intended to contain command secrets or API credentials.
Information is processed by Discord and the Badland Brawl statistics API as necessary to provide the service. Their own privacy terms apply. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
The bot does not maintain a permanent database of user commands or player lookups. Short-lived technical logs are periodically rotated. Discord may retain interaction data under its own policies.
You can stop using the bot or remove it from a server you control. Privacy questions or deletion requests concerning data controlled by the bot operator can be sent to craigsheppard1 on Discord.
